Men and women supported through COC must be at least 18 years of age and have a developmental disability. They must also select a Manager of Comprehensive Provider Network (MCPN) with whom they will be affiliated. The MCPN provides case management and clinical support to the individual. As a residential provider, COC has a contractual relationship with the Manager of Comprehensive Provider Network (MCPN) to provide quality housing and a cadre of personalized and responsive services to those associated with the corporation.
