comprehensive support for persons who have development disabilities. COC provides assistance and advocacy to help them become independent citizens involved in the community.

Criteria

Valid driver’s license
No more than three moving violations within the past three years
Proof of car insurance
High school diploma or GED
Social Security Card
Three professional references
Three personal references
